I found this video recently and was pretty impressed with this man’s dedication to training with his bug out bag. This is serious stuff, and honestly, anyone who’s planning on bugging out should take note.
He fills up his pack and runs a certain distance, to see how he can manage with the supplies he has packed up, and strengthen and condition his body for a bug out. If you fill up your pack with everything you need and don’t actually train yourself to carry it for long distances, it might not actually be worth anything at all to you, so watch this video and try to think of some training exercises you can come up with!
