One bomb detonated aboard a crowded metro train in Russia’s second largest city on Monday, and a second, far more powerful bomb, was thankfully diffused a few stations away.

Putin has confirmed that the bombing is officially being investigated as a terrorist attack, and it seems to have quickly begun to be referred to as such by major media outlets. Police have announced they are looking for a suspect caught in CCTV cameras moments before the attack.
