Rising food prices have affected farmers all over the globe, and it doesn’t look like it’s going to get any better anytime soon. But for what looks like a sobering vision of the future for us, is a current reality in some parts of the world.
These innovative farmers in a small village in Kenya were inspired by technology they researched online, and have come up with an amazing system of using hydroponic gardening to feed their pigs and chickens. I love this innovative solution to expensive animal feed, and I think any survivalist or homesteader could glean from this impressive system.
